About Emma
BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy, BSc(Hons) Sports Science
Emma qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2003 and holds a Sports Science degree during which she studied muscle and exercise physiology, biomechanics, and kinesiology (the science of movement). This enables her to understand and treat sports injuries and to work proactively helping sportspeople maximize their performance. She has also completed a post-graduated course in advanced musculoskeletal assessments. Emma has gained valuable experience in both NHS and Private settings.
Emma has been working in the private sector since 2005 and treats a wide range of problems including sports injuries, low back pain & sciatica, whiplash, post-operative rehabilitation, knee replacements, arthroscopies, carpal tunnel decompression, chronic conditions such as arthritis.
