About Kimberley

Sports Therapist

Kimberley is a dedicated sports therapist focusing on musculoskeletal assessments and tailoring exercise programs to meet patients’ specific needs. She also leads classes for hip and knee, shoulder, lower back pain, and fibromyalgia. Utilizing mobilizations and soft tissue techniques, she helps treat various conditions to improve patients’ well-being.

She graduated from the University of East London with a degree in Sports Therapy. During her time at university, she gained hands-on experience treating patients at the clinic, equipping her with practical skills and knowledge. Additionally, she has treated London Marathon runners with post-race massages, helping them recover efficiently and safely.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing football. Through personal experience with injuries while playing, she has gained an understanding of the importance of exercises in rehabilitation to regain the ability to perform everyday tasks. This firsthand experience enables her to empathize with patients who are going through similar challenges.
