Kim studied at the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM) and is a fully qualified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist. She is a member of the Sports Massage Association. She became interested in Sports Massage after sustaining an injury and fascinated to see how massage played such a crucial part in injury rehabilitation.

Kim has a varied client base including office workers, clients enjoying various sporting activities and those suffering with everyday aches and pains.

Kim was part of theMedical team for London2012 working at both the Olympics and Paralympics. She gained valuable experience working with the worlds best athletes. 

Kim is a keen runner and has completed many half and full marathons.

Kim has gained valuable experience at the London Marathon, London Triathlon and Charlton FC.

Runs clinic Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays.

Having gained a degree in Fitness and Health in 2005 Michelle went on to continue her training in Sports massage, she is also a qualified personal trainer. 

Michelle offers a complete service from the initial assessment of your posture and gait, sports massage using a variety of techniques such as soft tissue release, myofascial release and neuromuscular techniques, PNF stretching and tailored exercise programmes.

Michelle has a background in the fitness industry and combined with Sports massage can ensure you get a complete programme tailored to your specific needs. 

She is a member of the Sports Massage Association. 

Michelle runs clinics friday and saturday afternoons.

Elliott is a Deep Tissue Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He competes in Strongman and Powerlifting so has experienced a vast array of injuries himself, if you've got a pain he probable knows why!

Elliott is able to give deep tissue therapy, help identify reasons why you might be getting chronic pain and help with sports related injuries too.

Elliott is proud to have had the opportunity to work with local football teams and give treatment to some of the strongest people on the planet including Brian Shaw (4xWSM), Big Z (4xWSM) and Graham Hicks (Britains Strongest Man 2019).

Elliott runs clinic alternate Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
